The last option is to DC(disconnect) him using ip stresser/booter. you can find many paid ip stressers/booters online for as low as 5$ per month extending to 499$ according to the package you want to get or bandwidth provided. But money isn't the only problem many of us are not having credit cards to buy one for them and abusing, teasing is so common now a days and its the only thing you can shut an effin user/admin from barking.

This a web based ip stresser which you can buy at different packages but the good thing is that they are providing free trial account which I think is more than enough for a simple chat user its easy to register and user have a user friendly interface.

Its quite easy to register a trial account once you logged in go to the stresser tab you will find the following screen.
