are tips which can be helpful for you in entering the chatroom again:

There are different types of bans in 99 chatrooms. i.e ip ban, uid ban,
nickname ban, win ban and country ban.

If you are banned firstlty try to enter with another nick name.(if
nickname is banned)

If you are still banned clear your browser history (ctrl+shift+delete)
then try to enter again.(if your uid is banned)

Still banned? Try with another internet browser.
·
None of the above worked for you?? then reset your internet modem(if you
are a DSL or wired cable network user, If you are using any USB internet device like Evo
etc plug out and plug in again.)

If you won’t get unbanned yet try a VPN like for example hotspot shield,
spotflux etc.
